Special Needs

Please visit our special needs page to see how you can help our special needs pets. We are always in need of monetary donations, especially when it benefits our Special Needs fund. This fund helps us to pay for emergency vet visits that would otherwise be unavailable to our animals. So please open up your heart and help our pets in need.

The dogs and cats posted on this page either have or had medical issues that required them to be seen by a vet. We need your help in order to pay for their veterinary bills. Sometimes, these dogs and cats need fostering as well. So please read their stories and help us help them!

Georgie Girl

sn-georgieBusy Bee: I'm a naturally playful, curious and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job's done, I'll curl up in with you in the evenings. I'm a dog on a mission to please you and myself. Georgie Girl is a very sweet 6 to 8 month old dalmation/ pointer/ terrier mix. We can see some traits from all 3 of these breeds in her. She is very loveable and likes to play. She has the most gorgeous liver spotted coat. Georgie Girl is very affectionate and likes other dogs. She also likes to chase butterflies. Georgie is a special needs dog because she is hearing impaired. Please give her a good home.

Donate

The shelter could always use monetary donations to help with the care and placement of our animals.  Anything you could spare would be greatly appreciated!
